Meeting and Chipper Truck Dates

posted Sep 13, 2016, 2:38 PM by CFNA CFNA

The Central Foothills Neighborhood Association is 10 years old this year! Come help us celebrate, socialize, and learn more on Wednesday September 28th 6:30-8:30 at the Quail Hollow Clubhouse, lower level.

The Chipper Trucks are coming to the Central Foothills Neighborhood again, on October 3 and October 10 (Mondays).
The Central Foothills Neighborhood Association has secured a grant through the City of Boise Community Reinvestment Grant program for a "fire fuels reduction" program. Two chipper trucks will cruise through the neighborhood collecting and chipping debris.
The chipper trucks will pick up any woody debris (brush, branches etc.) from the curbside in front of your house. They will only collect landscape waste - no rootballs or grass clippings. Materials can be any length, but the trunks can be no more than ten inches (10") in diameter. The landscape waste does not need to be bagged or roped together, but does need to assembled at the end of your driveway for easy pick up.  Please have your waste curbside Sunday afternoon - the trucks will start through the neighborhood EARLY Monday morning, but will only make one round past each house.
If you have any questions please let us know!
