• Develop fund raising plans and apply for neighborhood reinvestment funds

• Conduct neighborhood planning according to Boise City “Neighborhood Planning Guide”

• Plan alternative strategies to development

Public Agency Committee

• Monitor activities and attend pertinent public agency meetings
